This week we find out whether or not the Kansas City Power and Light building will get tax incentives to turn the 36-story tower into 220 luxury apartments. If that doesn’t work, the other option is to turn it into a 36-story haunted house. Just kidding! Kansas City residents can’t climb 36 stories!
