10. Craig Glazer’s scandalous tales of juggling 20-something babes enticed Hall into trolling Westport. Haven’t seen that white boy since.
9. Hearne promised Hall a Fiat 500 but the delivery date turned out to be December 2015…in Rome.
8. The Kansas City Star called, “Hall?…Sorry, wrong number.”
7. The Kansas City Star called Hall back, “Would you like to purchase a subscription?”
6. Hall refused to take a job as a busboy at Jardine’s to augment his KCC income.
5. Simply no room for his OTC column anymore with all the flashing ads on KCC.
4. Hearne was making him click on Kelly Urich’s Starbeams column 100 times a day just to make Kelly feel good.
3. Hall was blackmailed into leaving KCC due to video that revealed his neck was the target of Star editor Mike Fannin at The Caddyshack Bar.
2. Nick Wright’s dad purchased KCC for $3.75 million just to get rid of that damn Greg Hall bastard.
1. Jason Whitlock was actually writing Hall’s stuff all these years.

Today the flags at KCC and local radio and television stations remain at half mast in honor of Hall’s 20 years of sticking it to local sports media know-it-alls.

Weird.
The two big blogs in KC are this one and Tonyskansascity.com…of course the Star and other media but those are not like Hearnes or Tonys with a local angle all the time. Plus there is more gunfire in the comments than the others. Greg was up there but he is one guy and Hearne as well as Tony have a ‘crew’ so to speak. Helps. Plus Greg only did sports. AS far as comments being mean, they all are. I mean most of them.
Just curious, what happened to Mike Fannin’s DUI mugshot? All I see on my screen is a placeholder identifying the image that isn’t there as being Mike Fannin’s DUI mugshot. Did someone order you to remove the photo from your site or is that just something you did on your own? The other image, Screen Shot, isn’t there either, so maybe it’s just a technical problem on my end.
Nope, it’s right there on there on mine – in all its glory – just as it ran in Greg’s original column.
Do you have an older computer running an older version of Windows maybe?
Nobody can order us to remove something like that, it’s in the public domain.
Maybe Derek Donovan cut Fanin’s picture out of yours so he could have something to masturbate to. I really think it was Derek who got the smooch Jason talked about. Is there any other reason they would keep someone around who is completely incapable of handling conflict as the publis editor, or whatever they call him/her/it now save for Fanin’s seeming habit of boinking staff who get promoted?
