Over at Tony’s Kansas City, a Mr. Botello has made quite the hullabaloo about Whites being unable to be the victims of Hate Crimes…
The context being an unfortunate occurrence at East High School. Too make a long story short, a young man of 13 – white and 13 years of age – was set on fire by two black youths- WHO WERE ALLEGEDLY CALLING HIM “WHITEY” among other epithets.
Mr. Botello is of the opinion that this cant be a hate crime because racism is “institutional” and since whites are the “majority” and have the “power.”
In all due respect, sir, what a bunch of crap!
Last time I checked, humans are capable of hate regardless of race, creed or color…
So where am I coming from and what right do I have to this opinion? I’m WHITE, almost six feett tall and a lawyer- which im sure places me into the position of being one of the “Master Race” according to Mr. Botello.
But there’s a catch…
I’m JEWISH – among arguably the most hated and enslaved minorities of all time. Jews were in bondage until 1945!
All the way back to ancient Egypt my people have been trod upon and discriminated against.

It only happened because he was white. And all your “Critical Race Theory” does not change that fact. Blacks can hate and discriminate as well as Whites. Not to mention Mexicans and “La Raza,” which means the “Race.”
However since you’re a “minority” I guess that makes it OK.
Jews are one out of 500 people on the Planet. That’s what I call a minority a minority. Hispanics by comparison make up more than 15 percent of the US population.

I believe the esteemed Mr. Botello is referring to the Attorney General’s definition of Hate Crime, and indeed his stated protocols for prosecution as he fulfills his responsibilities for “His People” while in office. Under questiong on June 26th, 2009, our nation’s Attorney General, with respect to S.909 (Hate Crime Bill) was surprisingly forthright in admitting that the hate bill is not intended to protect everyone, or even the majority. He said only historically oppressed minorities were to benefit. This means Jews, blacks, homosexuals, women, etc. Holder made it clear that if a white Christian male, including a serviceman or police officer, was the victim of a violent hate crime by any minority he would have to find redress from traditional law.
Only the “Protected Class” can avail themselves by way of law, the satsifaction of seeing their assailants suffer the penalties enacted by “Hate Crime” laws. Whites, are, as usual, by way of his (Holder’s) definition, a de facto favored target of said crimes.
Tacit permission for violence committed against the persons of a certain color, in this case white, is not just restricted to the Judicial system, it is condoned by the Major Affilliates, CBS, NBC and ABC in conjunction with the Print Media all across our nation, and of course here in town, where the despicable Kansas City Star refuses to print the description of suspects if they are black.
The US Dept. Of Justice and the FBI both lump in the Hispanic population of the United Staes to mitigate the astonishing and horrific facts of just who hate crimes are committed against on a galactically disproportionate level. White people.
Critical Race Theory is essentially the rhetorical establishment of a set of faulty premises, which are then extrapolated to create an excrescence on the African America Victimization excrescence which already sucks the blood and treasure out of you wallets. The insulting implication, that the Federal Government and the Main Stream Media would have us infer, is that Black people need to be protected from white people. I have a general opposition to “hate crime” laws
Most laws incorporate wording similar to, “…hate crime laws are intended to provide harsher punishment for crimes that are committed with an element of bias than for comparable crimes committed without such bias.” We already have laws that meter out punishment for crimes. About any crime you could think of. Why should crime against a certain government sanctioned “class” be treated any different than any other crim? By its definition of the specific act committed, its still a crime, thats not good enough? I’m not sure I want my government selecting classes to specifically protect when one has no control over who those classes are.
And “bias”? Really? How many crimes dont already involve a bias? Every killing I know of starts with a bias against the person killed. In the case of last weeks murder suicide, one had bias against the other, then clearly self bias or self hatred. What do you do with that? Oh, they were black, so can we add that who ever the shooter was also did it for racial reasons? Lets say it was the man who shot then killed himself, maybe he was just pissed he didnt marry a white chick! If he survived, maybe we could have tried him for a hate crime.
Crime is crime, we have laws for all of it. You can not and will not be able to legislate equality. Thats the single goal, best I can tell, for hate crimes. Single out a class of people and make it EXTRA bad to inflict crime on them, as a special member of that class of people? Oh really? If thats the case, I thinik we have evidence where whites whould get bigger shield from those actions than about any other “class”.

Not that it changes Tony’s tunnel vision racial views, but the burned kids story is full of more holes than a swiss cheese. That said, Tony isnt alone in his “minorities cant be racist or accussed of hate crimes” rhetoric. The 50 year old white man who was recently beat down by a group of black kids sounds more legit, which is why it’s getting little press. As for taking him to task, you arent getting his cherry in that regard. Louie Wright is working on putting something on Tonys blog that Ajax cant take off. Polar Bear hunting and Knock out kings seems to be the in thing now with the roving bands of shit heels who prey on the weak and white, for no other reason than they are weak and white. So, if I decide to put a bullet in the head of a negro, Jew, lawyer, Jew Lawyer, Mexican blogger, homo, lesbian or democrat at point blank range that’s just a regular old crime. Hell, it might have been an accident. I had no idea the gun was loaded.
Let ‘s say that I decide to detain the protected class individual and see how many 3″ framing nails I can shoot into their body with my Paslode Framing Nailer before they die. Is that a hate crime? What if I have evidence that the detainee killed one of my family members when they were intoxicated and driving a car? Does that change the nature of my crime? Am I any more or less evil?
Only fucking politicians and lawyers could add confusion to the very simple yet complex act of man’s inhumanity to man by trying to distinguish those crimes as if they were a grade of gasoline. It’s insulting that this has nothing to do with actual justice as much as it does pandering for votes and creating more billable hours.
Best way to solve this problem is to make all the lawyers and judges “disappear”. Since there will be no one to prosecute, defend or adjudicate we can all walk off into the sunset and live happily ever after. What a wonderful world that would be!

If you commit a murder or a heinous crime against anybody, you should get the most severe penalty possible. It should not matter about race. The law should be color blind. I don’t care what race the victim or criminal are. Murder is murder. Rape is rape. Assault is assault. Those things are already illegal and I really don’t care why they hated their victim. What is relevant is whether they did it or not..

Even U.S. Grant had them expelled from his theater of operations in Tennessee during the Civil War when they flooded the area to speculate on cotton. I’m not Jewish but I’m buying it. Millions of Jews were murdered in the holocaust. Probably almost as many were murdered by Stalin. To say it is because of their conduct is ridiculous. Hitler rounded them up just for being Jewish. In the Soviet Union, they did not own banks and practice usury. The government controlled the economy. I am glad they now have their own nation. I am also happy that they can practice their faith and customs here in our country in spite of people like you.

Most of the evidence offered for Nazi atrocities–particularly as it concerns concentration camps–is testimonial and anecdotal.If the “holocaust” was dedicated to the extermination of the Jews, why are there more “holocaust survivors” every year ? Where did the lampshades and soap {supposedly made from humans} vanish to once DNA testing became available ? Why is asking these questions out loud in Europe and Canada a crime that can result in imprisonment ? The truth is racist. “People like me” have turned off their televisions and aren’t afraid of speaking the truth.

The holocaust survivors survived beacause we won the war. There are tons of photographs of the concectration camps with the piles of bodies. As far as evidence being testimonial, are we not to believe the testimony of people that were there and instead believe you? Racism is not the truth. I have never heard of someone in our country being locked up just for asking racist questions. The bill of rights protects you as well. Where people get arrested is when “asking their questions” goes beyond free speech and infringes on the rights of others.
