Sounds Good: Airborne Toxic Event @ Beaumont & Spring into Summer Fest

Friday, May 20th

The Airborne Toxic Event at the Beaumont Club in KC

These California indie rockers seem like they’ve been everywhere lately, from Letterman to Kimmel to Austin City Limits.  Their mix of raw guitars with orchestral type arrangements is what makes this band stand out, as well as the presence and energy of front man Mikel Jollett.   As is the norm for shows promoted by 96.5 the Buzz, these guys have received heavy air play lately, especially their single, “Changing,” which is off the recently released album, “All at Once.”  All ages are welcome at this one.
