STARBEAMS: Capital Grille & Seat Belts; Twitter for Sale and Sheen Fans

A new survey found that many Kansas City Police officers don’t wear their seat belts because all the garb in their cars gets in the way of the buckle and their holsters.

Some of the commanders have trouble buckling because it gets in the way of their Capital Grille carry-out.

Twitter is for sale for $10 billion. Only 12 percent of people online use Twitter vs. 62 percent of people who are on Facebook. Gary Foresee is busy working on a way to merge Twitter with Nextel.

A new poll by the "Hollywood Reporter" shows 96% of fans want Charlie Sheen back on Two and a Half Men.

The other 4 percent have been beaten up by Charlie in a hotel room.
