The Arby’s comment offends me. That is all.

“They taking away their free speech as Americans,” says KK of the Chiefs. Did I miss where Clark Hunt sold the franchise to the government?

Any insight into what BLC reported a couple of days ago about Union’s financial difficulties? Laying off staff, talent looking for a parachute?

GH: I think the report by Landsberg on BottomLine is pretty accurate but I don’t think it means the station is in peril of financial collapse. Conversely, I have been amazed that WHB and KCTE have been able to continue to employ the number of people they have over the past two years while so many other radio stations have slashed staff and resources to skeletal-like remains.

Good people in radio, TV, print and every aspect of the media industry are losing their jobs and having to cope with career changes, depression and a host of crappy decisions that none of us would welcome into our lives. Employers like Union Broadcasting no doubt are unhappy about letting quality employees (and friends) go. I find no glee in any of these people losing their jobs. I

Last I heard it was the Chiefs job to win games not give soap opera quotes to a bunch of radio hacks.

Kietzman has said in the past that athlete interviews are (paraphrasing) worthless and uninformative – guess it’s a different story when it’s on your dime.

I agree with the first comment. Sonic is the better comparison.

You know atleast when The King ran things, the Chiefs were entertaining. Now, their just boring. Yes, their 2-0, but they were the most boring 2-0 team I ever saw.

I fell asleep a few times watching those games.

Greg, where is Rufus Dawes? Can he save us from the boardom?

Kietzman is like the hack you despise and Wright is the one you feel sorry for.

Soren Petro. Sam Mellinger. Other than from these two, anything you hear or read in this town, you better take with a big ol’ grain of salt.

All KK has to do is go back to his MU going to the Big 10 bag of tricks and start making up stuff about the Chiefs, that he can attribute to an “inside source” When somebody doesn’t want to talk just put some words in their mouth. I did hear that Todd Haley shagged Sarah Palin when she was in town.

    Here’s a classic commentary on Arby’s by the Simpson’s:

This is racism, 100%, utterly disgusting, classic, Jackson county Missouraracism.

    Which part is racist?
hurrruuuummph!!!! … if you have to ask, then you dont deserve an answer…. and besides, I was told not to talk to you.

I’m pretty sure Dwayne Bowe screwed up everything for KK when he opened his giant mouth over the summer. I would have loved to be in the room when Pioli disciplined Bowe

When Petro would have Len Dawson on monday mornings last year, it was the best part of the whole day on 810. Wonder what happened there? Len was fairly candid in his interviews.

Too bad KCTE let Kenny and Ozone go. They were way better than any of the sports talk shows in teh afternoon.
