Whoa, there, boys, whoa! Hearne and I were just having a little fun, and my hunch happened to be right. Hearne made a strong case for his position, and I was worried at times…But now it’s Jason, not Hearne, who’s got the wedgie. There were no “liars,” in this situation, as Whitlock alleged in his Tweets; it was just fair (and entertaining, in my view) speculation about whether he’d stay. If Whitlock is thrashing about, it’s just rigor mortis setting in.

@winner – Whitlock put KC on the “map” for all the wrong reasons. I, for one, as a KC resident, have long been embarrassed by his juvenile columns, which are nothing more than cries for attention he must never have gotten as a kid.
Have you even read the guy’s twitter account? His tweets make Mike The Situation and Snooki sound like Harvard professors.
He’s nothing more than an opportunist, shock-jock type who will say or do anything to get attention – all the wrong kind.
Oh, and how about his total hypocrisy: check out his Big Lead interview from four years ago, where he says, “I have no problem with Mitch Albom.”
But after Albom got a big time Red Smith award, Jealous Jason surfaced, and he now refers to Albom as “Myth” Albom and ripped on his whole career.
As always, Jealous Jason exposed his hypocrisy.
As I said, good riddance to the fat load.
