Tony: Facebook is For Kansas City Media Lovers

Today I am so thankful that a Kansas City “society” item has been sent my way that I want to celebrate rather than simply engage in the standard blog hateration.

Last time out, I filed a wordy and somewhat mean post on the subject of Hearne’s balls upon learning of the relationship between Kansas City Star Music Reviewer Tim Finn and Original KC

I don’t get it. Are we supposed to care about these people?

I know that Kansas City is “small” in some senses, but if there is nothing better to blog about other than a relationship that is none of anyones business but their own, that’s disappointing. I’d like to be able to read material about my hometown that would update me on the goings-on of Kansas City, not someones personal life which the other readers of this blog don’t give a shit about. In other words, find some better writing material. This is childish, and I’m only 19.

Agreed. I don’t really give a damn about either one of these two.

Mandy looks nice, don’t know about that other guy.

Mandy I had wondered what became of you lately. Glad to see you found someone you like. I know Hearne has done the same. Cool that you like older guys like Hearne and Tim, makes me feel good about the younger pretty girls with us middle aged boys…all the best.

Wow – an unsolicited post by Glazer announcing that he bangs young “pretty” girls. I’m shocked. Maybe he can interview himself about it and offer up a poorly written, unedited excerpt. Looking forward to it.

No comment on Tony’s article – not worth it.

Finn always struck me as sort of a slimeball the way he hit on interns. So this pretty much reinforces it.
