Sounds Good…..I was lucky enough to go to that show in 99…funniest live act I ever saw.

5000 people at the Sprint Center is BAD. Tim
Finn says 4000, split the difference, 4500…not good for a brother or a brother from another mother.

True, Sprint holds something like l5-l7,000. But for comedy they cut half the place off, so it seems full. Most comics there do between 3 and 7 thousand. Jammie Fox did only 3000 and he had just won the academy award as best actor, Dane Cook did about 5,000….so on…frankly I think these acts seem better at the Midland or Starlight. But when you are bigger than the Midland and can’t get Starlight due to it being booked or worried about rain, I guess you use an arena. So his numbers were good there for a comic, not for a big name band…but its a different market.

You know Mandyshagger, I was thinking about it today and this applies to you, smartman (your alter ego) and so on…I realize most responses to blogs and gossip articles are going to be negitive…but you guys don’t have a kind word for anyone or anything…this is a perfect example, here this black guy works his way from nothing, becomes a pretty good sized star and does Sprint in front of several thousand who paid an average of fifty bucks a tic…and all you can think of is, man I hate Glazer so anything he is associated with sucks….so lets belittle it…Mike Epps could buy and sell you, is known by millions of people, more than me and all you guys…not that I am his best pal, but don’t look for a dark cloud on a daily basis just cause and for no reason, you don’t like or care for me my friend. Likely you have never met me or know much about me really, you just like to dislike people for ‘what you think they are.’ Not what they are.

Say what you will about Craig Glazer, but he has made a name for himself in this town, and continues to bring in top talent, week after week. To still be in business after all these years is a testament to his business acumen and his perseverance.

Haters gotta hate…I get that…but man, cut the guy a little slack.

Yea that was a night that will go down in history. A trip to the liquor store or drink every little bottle in the mini bar? Then got up and went to work all day. Those were good times.
