Is everyone associated with this site a racist bastard? Weren’t at least 35% of the kids in the Plaza fiasco a race other than black?

KCConfidential: your source for all Glazer news, all the time!

It’s become a parody of itself.

It’s tit for tat. Craig mentioned Hearne on the Shanin and Parks show the other day. Saying Hearne was one of the people who need to, or it falls to, to clean up the Plaza problem. I did not understand that part. Hearne: community activist?

    LOL….Is craigsays.com is available?

Having a hard time following this one.
Though I do enjoy reading Craig’s commentary on sports and City…I think you have quoted him in 80% of your blogs in last week from Real Estate to riots….just sayin.

Guys I apologize for being in the news on this blog so much. In a way you have a point. My life seems to always put me in the wrong or right place all the time. In Hearne’s defense he wrote about this story in the KC Star a couple years back when it happened. It was swept under the carpet, though at least one guy I saw was shot to death, that was a page six metro story and only talked about what a good guy he was and not much about the nights activities on Braodway.

I have been in the middle of this crap for too many years and it has been painful. I am not a racist, but sadly the behavior of young blacks out in groups at night has been generally horrible. Thats why there are few hip hop clubs anywhere or any Spring shows for this etc…always violence. I did attend Somore at Starlight a few years back, was one of the few white folks there, the crowd was great, nice, and I enjoyed it..but they were generally 30 and up. I also have attended other black events with large crowds and the people were very nice…but educated, upper middle class and older, like the Miked Epps show at Midland. No problems. It is a national problem, not just here.

I am gonna have to side with Glazer on this one, he is an exciting mofo. In fact our most interesting local celebrity, if he is a celebrity. His book was cool, his comedy club is very good, generally and on radio he is funny and bright. Having said that, he is also an egomaniac, womanizer, and full of himself. But like his movie dvd on Ali, he can kinda back it up. That black girl was hot.

Oh yeah he is a media darling. I used to go to Westport, but guess Craig and his crew couldn’t drive the ‘bad ass’ black guys outa there, huh. He spends too much time tring to pick up girls and be cool, and not enough really solving these problems. Thats why he and his father are not mayor of this town. Craig you were the big hood, why didn’t you just shoot back.

Like I always say, if a guy says the words: “I am not a racist”, you know beyond the shadow of a doubt he most certainly is not a racist. I would surmise he has many Negro friends.

Craig is not a racist, he likes to jump us pretty black women for sure. But to be fair, he hangs out with Ex Chief Ted McNight, Jimmy Walker and we went out with Michael Winslow, who clearly likes Craig.

I am a pretty black girl, don’t go to areas with large group of brothers, they do get kinda loud and crazy. Westport back in the day was just nuts. If you were a ‘somebody’ you didn’t get into that large crowd. They can get dangerous. He right bout that.

I will be writing a book about my adventure which will then turn into a movie. I’m hoping to get the original Starsky and Hutch car as my ride as I fend off 100 of youths that are trying to kill me. I am a star and i can’t help it.

Also she meant to write “he white bout that.” Get Christy Love

As I can see, Glazer gets more attention on this blog then anyone else. Except Greg with Sports. Knew him at SME. Crazy stories, but the guy was always into something extra, even back then. Glazr you dated Karen Abrahms, she was a ten, and I hated you cause you were a Jr. and she was a senior. I heard you later dated Sandhal Bergman, from the movie with Arnold.

I see why lots of you dislike the guy, he’s different. Kinda like those black kids.

Hearne, you are wrong this story was in the paper. I remember reading it. About Glazer and being chased and the police chief and so on. You never give the Star credit. They did cover it and mentioned the death and shooting as well. You think you get every scoop. The star scooped you on that one Hearne.

Earth to KCMO staffer: I wrote about Glazer’s escape, of course it got covered. As did the shooting. But outside of my narrative in the FYI section, the story received but a tiny fraction of the coverage the Plaza continues to get. And this went on for weeks.
The point being that the Broadway blowouts were minimally covered in lesser news sections of the newspaper. The same type of stories I wrote about via Glazer’s run in are now on today’s front page five days after the fact.

Sandhal Bergman…well that’s a feather in ones cap (cough cough). Ok if we are going to compare sizes then lets end this discussion now. I’ll put my list against Craig’s any day.

Carling Bassett-the Anna Kornikova of her day. Molly Van Nostrand. Every bit as hot as either of those but not quite the tennis player.

Colleen Applegate aka porn legend Shauna Grant.

Brittney Ezell involved in one of the most controversial plays in college basketball NCAA history. And just a cute girl.

Dated Ellen but we just didn’t seem to click. Obviously we now know the problem wasn’t me.

Had a brief (like 2 weeks) fling with Jessica Hahn. Prior to boob surgery.

Currently have a semi relationship with a girl from a gossip show. She’s cute, funny, witty, but boy do i get sick of hearing her talk about Kate and other stupid BS.

Bottom line. I have NO DOUBT Craig would beat me all to heck in quantity. I have no doubt that my quality and babe appeal far exceeds his and not a fake boobie in the bunch.

    LONG LIVE THE KING

    No that’s not Larry.

How does Glazer justify the stereotype that blacks cause trouble? After all, isn’t he a cokehead??? And why do we continue to see the term “Race Wilding” on this site? This city is caught in a 1968 time warp.

  20. Anonymous says:

    Kyfan
Not racist guy, what does doing coke have to do with being a racist? He’s just telling it like it is, even if it hurts, you being black. He didn’t say all blacks, just those who act this way. Besides if he is a coke head so is our president who admitts coke use,as is George W. Bush(same thing) Jack Nicholson, Robert Downy Jr…you get the picture. So now all these black trouble makers are ok cause Glazer used coke? This is something you have to ‘wear’ if you are black and try and fix, not say racist or whitie, thats why these young people act this way. Cause “Whitey” is the bad guy.

I have never met Glazer but I met my wife in one of his bars. I love Glazer. He is Kansas City dammit. He is cruising down Broadway at 1:30 am… Not Nall. He almost gets his ass kicked, and gets away. I love it. I love his old man too. A few years back… I just got off a flight and was heading south on 29 and this car is cruising beside me and it is freaking Stan Glazer with “Glazer for Mayor” signs taped all over a nice convertible. I thought to myself.. That son-of-a-bitch wants to be mayor BAD. That dude will fix downtown, westport, and the plaza, not build dog parks. We need more Glazers and less Cleavers.

Kansas City is so racially segregated that it makes Mississippi look like Minnesota.
The Star doesn’t cover the riots because they don’t want their buddies from other cities to know that they have not conquered racial segregation here. Thay may appear a liitle too “hick” at the next convention.

Wow, I’m a ROCKSTAR! I own my own business, have several FAST cars, actually been shot at, had a crowd cameo in Ford Fairlane, the Andrew Dice Clay flick, dated the HOTTEST chicks in high school, several girls from the Ford Modeling Agency, spent a week on the road with Motley Crew back in the 80’s. Who knew?

I’m all for more Glazers and more Cleavage!

Rainbow man you are a sick jerk. We need more Glazers and less Clevers? Lets bring the mafia back to Kansas City then. Legalize prostitution.
Lets make Stan mayor and Craig Govenor of the state. Lets let Hearne Christopher run our newspaper. Lets make pot legal too. You are a fool.

To Kufan, shouldn’t you “wear” the BTK Killer, Jeffrey Dahmer, and all the other whites who cause trouble? In defending him talking about “the blacks” causing trouble, tyou fail to understand your blanket statements are ignorant. AT LEAST 35% of the teens that night were not black so what should be done about the others? And Glazer is a freakin drug addicted CRIMINAL. What moral platform does he have to stand on to talk about another race with blanket statements? Think before you spew.

  26. Anonymous says:

Wow not racist black guy. I’ll bet the 35% white teenage crowd were not the idots beating, robbing and causing trouble, huh. As for Glazer, I never used to like him much, but he has changed my mind. All of us have done drugs, he just got famous for it, mister perfect.

Guess Tommy Chong is a white racist too, and a drug addict. Not.

Wow, you really think the white teenagers weren’t wreaking havoc Saturday night? And your boy Glazer went around impersonating law enforcement officials. That’s pretty cool huh? Wow, I’m out of here before I start losing brain cells dealing with you guys.

Yes KCMO staffer- all those women are real. You can look them on the net. If I was going to make stuff up i would make it up with better known names. That being said Carling Bassett was once named one of the top ten sexiest women in the world. She’s not that now….you know blondes don’t age well.

Also Craig…..you want to see your girl Sandra….she is appearing at Motor City Comic Con next month. Maybe she’ll only charge you $25 buck for her autograph.
