Hey, anyone remember Johnny boy penning a story about how the Star’s Lauren Chapin died? Even though she passed away 2-3 days after he ran with the story?

Aaron Barnhart contending that this was already covered on ‘TV Barn’ is misplaced egotistical and laughable. I’ve never heard of TV Barn and I’m sure 99.9% of KC Star readers haven’t either.

And Aaron slamming Hearne about not spelling Fatherley correctly when his paper screwed the spelling up in the high dollar obit is rich!!!

online and print are different audiences. As foolish as I think the Star’s leadership is, they’re not so foolish to miss this truth.

So they’re merely being dishonest, something they do daily in the A section, what used to be the metro, and on the opinion page.
