Okay, so explain this to me like a 2 year old.
So KU insisted he stop selling these shirts, he said no. Instead he wanted to take his fight to court. He did and lost. Lost bad. Now he wants to settle and simply just close his shop like they asked in the beginning. Isn’t that convenient for him now that he has made tens (or hundreds?) of thousands off these shirts. NOw that there is a finanical judgement against him…he’ll gladly shut down.
This guy is a turd who thought he could get away with using the same font and colors as the university. You got what you deserved.

the news footage of the “rally” I saw was a band playing to an empty room. There is no support for this guy. He needs to go away.

Here is where I’m confused. Farrahi is quoted as saying she received a very rude and condescending e-mail. But then in bold print it says she is out of the country and couldn’t be reached for comment. Then how did they get a comment? Colored me baffled or did I miss something?
