You know the drill, farmland galore, plenty of hayseeds and twisters – oh and that memorable line Dorothy utters when she and her dog behold the magnificence of Oz:

Used to be when people would ask “where yare ou from” I said the truth, and they would prattle on …..blah blah blah..and I would say what about “THE KC Royals” or “KC Chiefs” … but now we know about that……

This is just one of many reasons why, when people say they are from MU, I just say “sorry to hear that” and I mean it, it is too bad, poor MU folks, but they are slightly better than the the poor KSU dorks ….. say that reminds me …..

If Kansas was not located next to Missouri it would be like North Dakota. When you have to stop coming to Missouri to use our airport, NFL and MLB teams, concert and cultural event venues, casinos and Lord knows what else, you CAN’T break balls. When someone graduates from KU and actually makes a difference in the world let us know. Until then shut the fuck up.
