The obvious question for one that is not a huge fan. Where are the other two?

KISS is a joke. Gene Simmons is a douche who flaunts his disdain for fans, and admits it is only about the money. His attitude is a disgrace to anyone who watches him.

KISS did a farewell tour…and they should stay farewelled…as in goodbye…cya…dont come round here no more.

I saw them on the reunion tour, and they were great, with original members, but this is a joke and a scam. Anyone paying money to see this FAKE band is an idiot.

First prize is two front row tickets to KISS. Second prize is four front row tickets AND backstage passes. Don’t forget to show your AARP card at the concession stand for free cheese on your hot dog. 55 US Soldiers have died in Afghanistan so far this month. If You Seek Amy…comprehendo?

If two of four original KISS members are part of it, it’s more than a mere “tribute” band. Besides, so long as they can fairly replicate the costumes and songs, keep in mind that it is, after all KISS — a group not known for its instrumental craftmanship. It’s not like the band has lost Jimi Hendrix or Randy Rhodes.

    This is a story? Seriously?

This guy isn’t a fan. Any real Kiss fan knows who is in the band. This guy wouldn’t know if Frehley and Criss were playing the instruments or not.

It’s not like this is a state secret. Frehley and Criss have been in the band four of the past 26 years. It’s not like they’re permanent members. They haven’t played with Kiss since 2000.

Tribute band? Really? Stanley and Simmons are Kiss. They have a higher percentage of original members than most bands – especially after being together for 37 years.

I caught some of a KISS show on VH1 Classic the other day and it was the same configuration of KISS they are bringing here. I have to argue that the songs finally have energy and some life again. Peter Criss was always an average drummer at best, now he is horrible and hits the drums like a little old man and makes all the songs drag. Ace is a drunk who plays sloppy as f*ck. If I were Gene or Paul, I would be thinking why not keep going if we can keep the quality of the tunes intact. I think they do better with the new guys.
And……Gene bought the rights to Ace and Peter’s make-up a long time ago. Legally he could put the make-up on a pig and call it KISS.
Another fact is that the two “imposters” also played on the new KISS album. Yes, NEW KISS album. And, yes it is pretty good.

KISS sucks, their style sucks, Simmons has that stupid TV show, they are full of shit.

Anyone who pays to see this shit, while skipping other, REAL BANDS, is an idiot.

Any men who are 60 years old, and still wearing makeup like this are idiots.

KISS did a good bye concert tour, they said good bye, and it was over. They are idiots for trying to perpetuate this BS. They sell tickets like whore selling infested pussy sex.

ANYONE who pays to see this crap is an idiot. Get over it already.

KISS are always amazing… Take the kids, enjoy the show! Much cheaper than Worlds of Boredom or a nite at Whizcake Factory…

Exploding stuff with high octane rock is cool….

But would it be better then seeing fire on the plaza river walk?

Nice Rick. I remember when (then) Mayor Cleaver said Brush Creek would be like the Riverwalk in San Antonio. We’ve got more jags in KC than the Pentagon.
