I agree with ron on the bad throwbacks. Think how much money Hunt saved! A little pre-school action in Arrowhead Lockerroom going down: Each player got a plain white sheet of paper, tracing Texas, cutting on the lines, pasting it on helmets….I can see teacher Haley dropping f-bombs everytime they went out of the lines. Johnson was on the sidelines for not cutting on the line – doesn’t Haley know DJ can’t cut lefty with right handed scissors! Why didn’t Hunt pony up for righty and lefty scissors? Oh I know, money.
New Strategy: Trade all lefties prior to next throwback game. Its as legit as any other strategy I’ve seen.

couple quick notes Greg, one JoJo check in with some hospital asap…Christ…second to friend Nick Wright/Hello Derrick Johnson has been as big a bust as any other number ones we have had the last decade…he is not a playmaker, seems to be a bit overweight(based on his slow interception runback get caught from behind)each season he has about 3 or less sacks, one fumble recovery and one int..come on he is at best mediocere in a group of poor backers…so yes Nick he is gone, he will NOT be resigned next year, he is off to I’d say Tampa…for his last year or two…he is a BUST…

Out of all the retro unis this year the worst two are of course Denver and KC. The best are the Oilers and Pats. I don’t count the Chargers because they’ve been wareing those Powder Blue for years.

Although Leggett is getting slammed for not being able to hold onto Austin, I am much more disappointed in Mike Brown and think he was the problem on those two plays. Leggett makes a strong play on both balls under the assumption he’s got safety help to make the tackle. Its not like he didn’t have Brown behind him when he made the move to go for the ball. I was impressed Leggett was actually able to almost make the tackle after making such a strong play to go get the ball both times. Brown comes racing in right to the point where the catch is being made, is way too late to make a helping hit where the play is, and doesn’t have any type of line to bring down Miles if he does get away from Leggett. In my opinion, if Brown is playing smart and doing his job, Austin is down within 2 yards of where he catches each of those 2 balls, but because Brown has been sucked into the blackhole that is the Chiefs football organization, he makes the wrong decision and we lose.
