Chris Stigall is more of a walking vagina. If the NFL was a conservative institution then Michael Vick sure as hell would not be playing this season. The substance abuse policy would be stricter and testing more frequent. Steve McNair would not be considered a hero. NFL players are more likely to be involved in substance abuse, domestic violence, infidelity and other criminal activity at a greater rate than society as a whole. You could maybe make the same case for people that live in JOCO.
