I know it’s the practice to reward service. But who qualifies? Why do they qualify? And who doesn’t?

concur my barber always gets few bucks. But its amazing the prices still go up though he is cutting less hair today then he did ten years. But hey my barber saved me life…but thats another story…..

If I’m in Vegas an the young lady charges me $ 100.00 for a B-Job or $ 150.00 for a quicky in-and-out burger am I expected to tip on top of her tariffs?
