Coming Soon: Jennifer Janesko on Food, Dining & Eating Out

You may know Jennifer Janesko for her pinup art…

Her sensual fine art and original airbrush paintings have appeared in the pages of Playboy – hey she’s even partied with Hef and the gang at the manse. She’s been showcased in Maxim. Janesko’s art has adorned wine bottles, she has a line of fine jewelry and does custom portraiture.

“I have many passions in life,” Janesko says.I make a living from some of these passions. However, my interest and love for food has been a personal and quiet devotion. I envy those who follow their dream in the culinary arts. I live vicariously in the world of a chef as I chop and marinate in my own kitchen, attempting to duplicate my favorite recipes. My interest in food really began in college as I began traveling and moving outside of my Kansas safety zone. My love for the culinary experience has grown and blossomed into something that I actively peruse and adore. I am honored to finally share my quirky foodie observations and obsessions in Kansas City. Come along for my personal journey, but please, leave the toothpick at home- that

When it comes to food wouldn’t Tony Botello be a better “critic”. Or maybe Tony and Jennifer could dine out together and do a Point-Counterpoint review ala Dan Ackroyd and Jane Curtain. I could see Tony sayin’, “Jennifer you ignorant slut” and Jen could come back with Tony you schmegma covered neanderthal. THAT’S ENTERTAINMENT!

might we start with the best way to eat these blue berries Rick told me to buy, for my health? I have just been eating them straight from the carton, but there must be a better way.

Wow Hearne, I hope I am ready for your world. Being alone in a studio seems so much easier, but what is life without stepping out of the box? Also, you know that is not the picture that I submitted!

please be sure to offset the feelings from the mean spirted comments, with the good feelings you get from the “My you look great today” comments, ummkay?….it takes all sorts to amke the world go round, and that is why we have Vanilla Chocolate and strawberry…and bluberries too.

jj, might I express how great you look great today, as usual: ), and I cant wait for your first jjKCC report. Feel free to post any pictures you desire.

Thank you Rick I will add WC to the mix, fyi – blueberries are crashing in price, down to 2 for $4.00 at Hy-Vee today, but at least the stock market was up.

I love blueberries stewed with sugar, cooled then poured over ice cream. The healthy thought is to add them to your spinich salad with toasted almonds red onion and goat cheese.

Why do my comments like add whip cream keep disappearing? What up with that? A little censorship.
