So I guss Bajackson won’t be listening to any of the sports stations in KC? I assume she was just as offended by C&C’s comments the last few days.

  2. Anonymous says:

The link to Bajackson’s aricle doesn’t work…Please fix!

  3. Anonymous says:

I listened to Anderson’s show on Saturday and heard him apologize later in the show that he didn’t know what the video was when he sent people to the site. She doesn’t mention that part in her story. Did you hear that at all Greg

  4. Anonymous says:

wow. did metro sports pull her column? what does THAT tell you if true?

  5. Anonymous says:

    no kidding
See, Hall needs to follow up with Bajackson and ask what she feels about Chris and Cowboy saying that women, like Bajackson, shouldn’t be in the business.
    Come on, Greg, follow up.

And Bajackson – a little bit of an overreaction. What Anderson did was disgusting and should get his ass kicked.

So I’ll be waiting for Bajackson And Greg Hall to attack Chris and Cowboy on 610 for their position.

Using Bajackson’s logic, one has to assume that the owners of 610 know and agree on Chris and Cowboy’s take that women sportsjournalists should be seen and not heard.

    A few points.
1-This is pushing logic a little bit. But Erin B’s claim that Erin J has done nothing wrong. That to is my assumption but we don’t know that. We know that people play different kinds of s*x games including role playing. The most recent reports have indicated that the investigators believe this was done by someone from ESPN and done at several hotels. They knew where Erin J was. Evidence indicates they know Erin. This was not a random act. So how do we AT THIS POINT know that Erin J is an innocent party? Gee it’s not like lovers have never gotten angry at each other and then released s*x video’s etc. So while my belief is Erin is a victim I’m not totally sure of that. So invasion of privacy or game gone bad? Don’t know.
2-Sorry Greg. Love your stuff and have had communication with you clear back to your Star days when we would talk on occasion on the phone. But you are playing both sides of the fence. On one hand when you first reported this you made a comment about viewing the video multiply times (wink wink, I’m one of the boys). Now you are coming off with how cruel and unkind this act was. Yet you didn’t reject the video when it was sent to you and made sure we knew you had the pleasure of viewing it. So you are playing both sides. Now if your stance had been “Hey guys, in reflection I started thinking what if this was my daughter or wife and I realized my previous post was a little to flippant.” Then I don’t think your integrity would be questioned. But as is….well it is very similar to KK with Brett on air and his complete about face when he was not on with him. Also on previous posts you’ve talked about your views on religion but isn’t this the very definition of being a hypocrite? Sorry but that’s what i’m seeing here.
3-Is Erin B so naive that she honestly doesn’t feel her looks played a factor in both her and Erin A’s career. I don’t see a lot of fat, unattractive, women giving sports reports. So just understand that the same things that have made them “victims” have also given them success. I have NO doubt that their have been women that have had the same or better knowledge and abilities that these women have but because they didn’t have the “look” they were not given the job.

your comments show how stupid you are.
I got a call from 2 friends the other morning
telling me to get the online video of erin
andrews. I said who the f*ck is erin andrews?
Julie Andrews from the Sound of Music’s daughter?
When you are a public figure you are a constant
target for this type of thing. I never heard of
this airhead and either had probably 95% of
america. Now this bimbo is talked about by
everyone..including you. This will shoot her
career into the big time. Her own talk show
like Oprah…a made for tv movie about her
life…big bucks on the speakers circuit…
her own line of perfumes (like paris hiltons)…
her own line of lingerie (like victorias

You might want to read my comments again. My stance is consistent on this one. But that doesn’t mean my integrity is intact by any means.

Last line was great JOJO. And yes she will be a known commodity. I’m she’ll be speaking on the woman’s circuit talking about her “tragedy”. Mean while the teen black girl who graduates from high school without a father and a crack head as a mother, she’ll be ignored for her bravery.

Link issues: I don’t think there is a conspiracy my MS to run from EB’s column. I was told they only post columns on the site for 48 hours. Erin sent me a link earlier today to the column which was working when I received it. For some reason it appears to be now broken. If I receive a new link I’ll make sure it’s posted.

  11. Anonymous says:

EB / C&C follow-up: I discussed C&C’s comments with EB but did I really need to ask?

  12. Anonymous says:

I need to see both Erins naked side-by-side in order to fully assess these claims.

The one thing I cannot fathon is how Andrews could keep her hands off herself through all that naked viewing. That is some impressive willpower.

  13. Anonymous says:

Greg I think your view on women in sports journalism can be summed up in two words. Sports Babe.

I see several different sides and am some what of a fence sitter. I can tell you that I like Erin B. I grew up a fan of Phyllis George on NFL Today and had a personal connection as we were both in Denton Texas at the same time. Mary Carillo in tennis is one of the best.

I guess one of the key questions is real simple. Do I want people to lie? Do I want Hearne, Glazer, or you not to point out the attractiveness of say Megan Fox which has been done on this site. Should Anderson pretend not to be a horn dog when he really is? You just a few days ago questioned if C & C were making up conflict just to create entertaining radio. By the same token do we want then to pretend they are ok with female reporters when they aren’t? If I’m interviewed for a law enforcement job do i have to pretend that I feel women officers are just as equal as male officers just to get the job? These are honesty issues.

And Erin B in the interest of honesty “No, I did not run to the computer to check out Erin A. But that was more so because she just looks like another bleach blond and I was concerned about getting a computer virus. It wasn’t worth the risk. Fear is a GREAT motivator. But I would tell my mom, wife, pastor, etc. That I’m a normal healthy heterosexual male that finds naked women attractive. Shoot me.

One final point that gets me hot (and not in a good way). Lisa Guerrero’s outrage and comments on Inside Edition about this when just a few years back she was spreading her legs in Playboy. Again it goes back to that double standard. These women will use their appearances to get attention and promoted. But yet when they are viewed as strictly sex objects they get offended and want to cry foul. You can’t have it both ways. Live by the sword die by the sword.

And Jojo, your comments show what a complete ass you really are. What the hell did EA did to deserve being called a bimbo?

  15. Anonymous says:

Has it occured to ANYBODY who has seen the Erin Andrews nude peephole clip that she sure seemed to be in just the RIGHT place in the room for the camera to pick up her every move??? Yeah, I’m calling “BULLSHIT” on the whole thing….EA standing in almost the same spot during the whole video and at times shaking her lovely and bare ass at the camera tells me that it was NOT just some “peeping tom” with a video camera wedged in her keyhole.

    Dexter Morgan
I’m mad as hell about men objectifying women like this, and I’m not gonna take it any more!

  17. Anonymous says:

No Jojo you got it wrong. I am the one who is getting the MAJOR speaking part in Craig’s movie. Then all of you will know what I look like too! Won’t that be exciting! See you soon on the major motion screen!

I spoke with Jason Anderson of WHB Friday night. He has a different take on everything from how and why he said what he did on his radio show to his encounter and conversation with EB. I hope to have a new post on my conversation with him before the end of the weekend.

When a woman, a hottie or a nottie, can “Stump The Schwab” I’ll give women in sports reporting….please don’t call it “journalism” some more props. Why any self respecting woman would go into an industry where you get tossed on the scrap heap of life like a used condom when you get crows feet or a few pounds heavy is beyond me. If you’re so na

When Playboy magazine named her Worlds Sexiest
Broadcaster Erin never put out a statement
saying that was sexist..or that it denigrated
women because it only pertained to her physical
assets. No erin loved it. If she was so
concertned she should have said…”i am more
    than just a beautiful body..i have a brain…and
I reject playboy magazine and its sexist attitude
    toward career women”..Did she? NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
And when she paraded in a black dress that was
up to to her crotch and flaunted it on the
red carpet she didn’t apoligie to all the female
broadcasters who weren’t so blessed. I can
only imagine the 3 women at KMBC who were being
kicked out and were suing Godsey because they
were no longer “attractive”, young and camera
perfect and what they put up with.
This erin andrews is a hypocrite. When you put
yourself out for your physical assetts you put
yourself out for the nuts and crazies who are
peering at you. All the old out of shape creepy voyeuers (sound familiar) staring at you while
    you’re half naked.
Noone should have their privacy invaded as she
did. But had she not flaunted herself in playboy and other media for her looks noone would have
I wonder if there are any peeping toms trying to
hawk videos for peggy breit or marrrrria antonia.

Whether Andrews used her looks to advance her career, or doesn’t object to being considered “sexy,” in no way gives anybody the right invade her privacy to shoot unauthorized video of her. The only people who would justify that are those who are completely amoral. This isn’t a case of being PC; it’s called simple human decency, and anybody out there trying to justify such despicable conduct needs to address their own lack of an ethical center.

It is also possible to appeciate a woman’s beauty without objectifying her, unless one believes that all other redeeming characteristics of the person are diminished by their looks.

    Greg Hall
Wow! The four people who watch Metro sure are pissed. Erin Bajackson is awful. If you are at Metro for over three years, your career is going nowhere. Who gives a sh*t about Erin Bajackson. Go back to doing 5ht grade basketball games or whatever they put on Metro 50% of the time.

Mocrash appreciate your thoughts but I think you are the one confusing the issues. Or maybe mixing them is the better term.
Issue one. Her getting taped. Which at this point I have reserved judgment on as all the facts aren’t in and I’m not completely sure if it was her consent or not.
Issue two. Erin Andrews and the fact that she has her career at least to some degree based on her looks. She, and many others, have used their looks to further their career.
Is their any connection between the issues? Not sure. To me that’s sort of like saying because of a way a woman dresses she is asking to get raped. But do females sometimes attract attention, and then claim its unwanted, by the way they dress? ABSOLUTELY. Story tomorrow.

  29. Anonymous says:

Rick, I assume you’re not justifying the rape of a woman based on how she’s dressed, although your “not sure” suggests an ambivalence which is troublesome. The “she asked for it” defense will still land you 20-to-life at Jeff City.

I do not assert that one has to admire Erin Andrews’ career — frankly, I never really much paid any attention to her (and likely will continue to not do so) — to recognize that crossing the threshhold into the invasion of her privacy, by both those who took the videos and those who distributed them, was reprehensible conduct. I would argue that she is an unnecessary ornament for a football broadcast, but that in no way legitimizes the violation of her rights as a human being.

“Reserving judgment?” The Andrews video isn’t even of the quality of the cyber-ancient Pamela Anderson sex tape(s) and is clearly a peep-hole job, which indicates to me that Andrews was not complicit. Can you point me to a link which establishes that Andrews authorized the video and its release? That she had her lawyers seek a cease-and-desist order suggests otherwise.

  30. Anonymous says:

Mo…yes you have worked in the media because its clear you know how to take things out of context and put spin on it. So lets review.

I question is their any connection between issues one and two? Answer Not sure. STOP

Then I state its sort of like saying because a way a woman dresses she is asking to get raped. STOP

Now in your response you change the NOT SURE as if I put it at the end of the sentence in regards to a woman’s dress causing her to get raped. There by changing the context and content and making it sound like I believe she asked for it, I think rape is justified based on your dress, and in your words am ambivalent.

You could not figure out what i was saying and you had it in front of you. So is it any wonder that Erin B and Jason are having communication issues?

Why I am reserving judgment. Let’s review facts instead of emotions about how outraged we are.
1-The tape has been out there for some time.
2-The tape was made from multiply hotels not just one single incident.
3-Because of the above that indicates soem one knew her travel schedule and not only where she was staying out but what room.
4-The police have indicated that at this point what they have tracked down has indicated someone from ESPN.
5-I have not seen the tape but read Paul’s post about how she seemed to be in just the right place at the right time.
6-Erin herself has not made any statement in regards to the tape.
7-The greatest predictor of future behavior is past behavior. So two questions? Did not all of these people initially claim that their sex tapes were taken without their knowledge or they were just for private viewing but just “accidentally” got released? Tonya, Pamela, Paris, Amy Fisher, the list goes on and on. Mo give me some examples of tapes being released that were like this scenario with Erin Andrews?

Mo you are a bright guy and as I’ve stated I’m at the 90% mark that she is a victim. But can’t you see some holes in this story? How often have you been at a hotel and seen a guy with a camera outside the door kneeling in the hall way filming? Come out don’t just drink the kool aid

  31. Anonymous says:

Meant come on don’t just drink the kool aid but hey if you want to come out also thats fine 🙂

  32. Anonymous says:

Rick glad to see you have SOME morals.

  33. Anonymous says:

Now if we could only say the same about you.

Actually Mermaid as usual I have no clue what u r talking about or where you are coming from. What i have morals because I haven’t seen the tape? As stated previously that’s not because I’m a great guy, she just didn’t spark an interest nor was it worth getting my computer infected. I have morals because I think its a crime to rape someone? I don’t know if that’s morals. ALL people should feel that way and those that don’t are disturbed. I like most fall well short of being the moral person i would like to be. But yeah I got some.
