I wouldn’t buy a Karrin Allyson cd if my life depended on it. That being said the review damn near makes me want to if only to compare her version of What’s New to the Linda Rondstat version. recorded with Nelson Riddle. I’m torn between forking over cash that will support a psycho-diva and satisfying my aural curiosity.
Any idea on what Oleta Adams is up to these days?

Oleta Adams is on the bill for the American Jazz Museum’s “Jammin’ at the Gem” series. She’s slated for the March 2010 Women in Jazz performance – March 20 to be exact.
