there is no such thing as a 5am liquor certificate…does not exist or The Casinos would have one…so thats odd…likely they just got away with it for the moment but after your article thats that…you can serve food 24 hours a day if you want and I agree it would be nice to have a place to eat after hours thats not “shoot em up bang bang”
