According to a friend in the foodservice business the hotdogs were indeed bigger but lower in nutritional quality…if that’s even a fair statement to make about a hot-dog. I’ll take a small weenie from Sabrett or Hebrew National over a 1/4 lb knuckles-guts and parts dog any day.
